Problem with svcutil.exe in Orcas Beta 2

Looks like svcutil.exe in Orcas Beta 2 is not signed. To use it anway either

• run sn.exe -Vr svcutil.exe or
• copy an 'older' version from previous builds and use it

It appears you need to be at the application directory, often at

C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\V6.0A\Bin
